Who We Are
Launched in 2022, the Tree Canopy Growth Fund fosters community health and well being by growing the urban forest through tree planting and advocacy. Current efforts are focused on enhancing the urban canopy in and around the greater Fort Wayne, Indiana area.

The Tree Canopy Growth Fund is managed through the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne. Charitable contributions to this fund are tax-deductible.

The Need is Real and the Benefits are Many

Trees are critical infrastructure that provide numerous benefits to our community.
​
Unfortunately, over the past 10 years, the Fort Wayne area has lost 6% of its urban tree canopy.
​
That's where the Tree Canopy Growth Fund comes in.
